The situation: This UK-based business had been reliant on referrals and word of mouth to grow their sales and had experienced a significant decline in their sales.

What we did: We worked with the CEO and the board to develop an outreach strategy to a new audience that would go on to reverse their fortunes.

The outcome: Our proposed strategy led to a new approach that created numerous opportunities of significant value across Europe - the business went on to be acquired for millions.

Start-up growth

The situation: This start-up was unknown but keen to gain awareness and generate significant high-value sales within the pharmaceutical industry.

What we did: We worked in partnership with the Founder to create a strategy, process and systems for generating high-value leads in global pharmaceutical firms.
